In order to reset your cpanel password you should:
1. Login your billing hosting account and go to http://www.host-ed.me/members/clientarea.php
2. Click on "My Products & Services" tab
3. Choose the service you would like to edit the password for by clicking on the "View Details" button
4. In the section "Login Details" enter the new password and confirm the new password
Done your cpanel password should have been reset.
