You can restart your server using our automated reboot system.
1. Please login your members area through http://www.host-ed.me/members/clientarea.php using your account email and members account password.
2. Go to "My Products & Services" and click on "view details" button of the corresponding server
3. Click on the "Reboot" button and a new page will load from which you will be able to choose one of the 3 options:
a. send Ctrl+Alt+Del to the server
b. Execute Automatic hardware reset
c. Order a manual hardware reset
Please use them in order of their appearance. For example if your server is down please first use "send Ctrl+Alt+Del to the server" and wait up to 10 minutes for the server to load back completely. If after 10 minutes the server is still not up you can use the second option and wait for another 10 minutes. Finally you can use the third option and wait for another 10 minutes. If the server is still not responding even after you tried to reboot it via the all theee different ways (in very rare cases) please feel free to open a trouble ticket inside your members area.
